Fees are $17/month for a small box; $22month for a medium box and $27/month for a large box. (Minimum rental is 3 months). Receive an additional free month of rental when you rent for 3 or 6 months and an additional 3 months of rental time with the payment for 12 months of rental time.
There is a one-time $20 set-up fee paid at the time of the initial signing of a contract.
New York State Sales tax applicable.

Print contract.
Fill out and sign contract and 1583 form. Signatures must be notarized.
Two forms of ID required (one must be a driver's license or passport containing a photo)
Make copies of the two ID's and have the copies certified by a notary as true copies of originals
Mail originals with payment and as soon as the papers are received your box # will be assigned
